Ingredients
- 2 cups Farm Girl Cinnamon Crisps
- 1 bag 0g sugar marshmallows
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup zero sugar white chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together (microwave or stovetop).
- Coat a silicone mold with a thick layer of the melted chocolate. Freeze for 10–15 minutes until set.
- Melt the butter and marshmallows together until smooth.
- Stir in the Cinnamon Crisps and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Press the mixture into the chocolate-lined mold and freeze until firm.
