- 1 bag Farm Girl Granola (300 g), lightly blended into smaller pieces
- ¼ cup nut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Yogurt
- Fresh fruit
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Warm the nut butter, coconut oil, and honey or maple syrup until smooth. Stir into the granola until evenly coated.
- Divide the mixture between 12 muffin cups, pressing firmly to create a cup shape with the centre lower than the sides.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then allow the granola cups to cool completely.
- Fill each cup with yogurt and top with your favourite fresh fruit.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for an easy breakfast throughout the week.
