Ingredients
Cheesecake Base
• ¾ cup cottage cheese
• ¾ cup Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp sugar-free Jell-O mix
• 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Strawberry Layer
• 1½ cups chopped strawberries
• Juice of ½ lemon
Crumb Layer
• 2 cups Farm Girl Cinnamon Crisps Cereal
Instructions
1. Make the cheesecake base
Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar-free Jell-O mix, protein powder, and vanilla to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
2. Prepare the strawberry compote
Add chopped strawberries and lemon juice to a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries break down and become jam-like.
Shortcut: Skip cooking and finely chop fresh strawberries if you prefer a fresher texture.
3. Crush the cereal
Lightly crush the Farm Girl Cinnamon Crisps until you have a crumb-like texture.
4. Assemble the bowls
In jars or small containers, layer:
1. Crushed Cinnamon Crisps
2. Cheesecake base
3. Strawberry compote
