Where do you ship?
Farm Girl ships across Canada through our online store.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on location, but most orders are processed within a few
business days.
A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped with more accurate delivery dates from our shipping provider.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. After your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You can find more information about estimated delivery times on our website or contact our support team for specific inquiries.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Please first refer to your tracking number and info before contacting us. Sometimes courier updates are delayed.
If your order tracks as delivered but you haven't received it please contact our customer support team via email. Have your order number in the subject line for faster response.
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear you didn't receive your order in tip top shape.
Please email our customer service team with your order number and images of the damaged product as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your FarmGirl products, we offer a one time 14 day return policy.
In order to start a return please email our customer service team with your order number.
Customers are responsible of all costs related to shipping the product back.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of our customer service team.
I ordered the wrong products how do I cancel?
Once your order has been placed, if the order has not been fulfilled you can request a cancellation by emailing customerservice@farmgirlcereal.com
If your order has already been fulfilled or tracking has been provided we will not be able to change or cancel your order.

Farm Girl cereals are formulated without added sugar and rely on carefully selected plant-based ingredients to create flavour without refined sugar.
Are Farm Girl cereals gluten-free?
Yes. Farm Girl cereals are made with gluten-free ingredients.
Are Farm Girl cereals high in protein?
Yes. Our cereals are designed to be higher in protein than traditional cereals to help keep you fuller longer.
Do Farm Girl products contain seed oils?
Farm Girl cereals are made without seed oils.
Are Farm Girl products plant-based?
Yes, all Farm Girl products are made with plant-based ingredients, however they work with recipes that may call for non plant-based ingredients.
Are your products high in fibre?
Our products are a high source of fibre thanks to the wholesome ingredients we use in our formulas. For complete nutritional values please refer to each product page and their respective nutritional facts.
Do Farm Girl cereals contain artificial dyes?
No. Farm Girl cereals are coloured using naturally derived ingredients rather than artificial dyes.
Are Farm Girl products vegan?
Farm Girl products are made with plant-based ingredients. Our Baking Mixes themselves are plant-based. The recipes may call for ingredients like eggs or milk but may be swapped with plant-based alternatives if preferred.
Are your products nut-free?
Our products are made in a facility that handles tree nuts.
Some of our products such as our granola will have nuts and seeds in them.
Our cereal and baking mixes are not made with nuts.
Are Farm Girl products organic?
Our oats are certified organic, and we prioritize simple, high-quality ingredients across all our products.

How do I get my extra 10% off?
When you subscribe to 4 or more products you'll receive an automatic recurring extra 10% off your subscriptions.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can log into your account or click the manage subscription button to access your current active subscriptions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions have a minimum 2 order cycles, once those cycles have been completed you can cancel your subscription anytime
What is the subscription rewards program?
If you bundle 4+ products you will be eligible to receive free gifts on your 3rd, 5th, and 9th order. These gifts will be automatically added to your next order.
What if I have too much product?
You can skip, pause, or gift your subscription to a friend.
