  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Cinnamon Crisps and banana chips.
  3. In a saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey. Heat on low for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully coated.
  5. Press firmly into the lined pan using your hands or a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set. Break apart and enjoy. Store in an airtight container.
