Farm Girl Giveaway – Official Rules and Regulations

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC)

Standard data rates apply to participants who choose to participate in the Contest via a mobile device. Please contact your service provider for pricing and service plan information and rates before mobile device participation.

1. KEY DATES:

The Farm Girl Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins on March 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER:

This Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of Farm Girl (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated entities, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, and any other individual(s) or entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) are not eligible to participate.

This Contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY RULES:

By participating in this Contest, you are signifying that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”). This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada.

4. INSTAGRAM NOT INVOLVED:

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram (the “Social Platform”). Instagram is hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.

5. HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE OR OTHERWISE IMPACT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IN THIS CONTEST.

To enter the Contest, participants must:

1. Follow Farm Girl Cereal on Instagram (@FarmGirlCereal).
2. Like the Contest post on the official Farm Girl Cereal Instagram page.
3. Tag a friend in the comments of the Contest post. More tags = more entries. Each tag must be a separate comment.

6. ENTRY LIMIT AND CONDITIONS:

Multiple entries are allowed. Each unique tag counts as one entry.

Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification.

Entries must be made directly on the official Farm Girl Cereal Instagram post. Entries on shared or reposted content will not be counted.

7. PRIZES:

3 Winners will each receive a prize pack containing 4 Farm Girl products of their choice.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize pack: CAD $44 – CAD $95.96.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives or substitutions are available.

Farm Girl Cereal reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

8. IMPORTANT NOTE:

ANY AND ALL OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH UTILIZING A PRIZE WILL BE THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsor or any of the other Released Parties should his/her Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory.

9. CONTEST PERIOD:

The giveaway begins on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, and ends on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

Winners will be announced on Monday, March 10 via Instagram Stories on the official Farm Girl Cereal account.

10. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize.

If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility and a mailing address within Canada to receive their prize.

11. VERIFICATION:

All Entries, Entry Materials, and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor, including government-issued photo identification). Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification.

12. ELIGIBLE WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES.

Before being declared as a confirmed prize winner, an eligible winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid.

By participating in the Contest and accepting a Prize, each eligible winner hereby:

Confirms compliance with these Rules.

Acknowledges acceptance of the applicable Prize (as awarded).

Releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest.

13. PUBLICITY:

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

14. PRIVACY:

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

15. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

By entering the giveaway, participants release and hold harmless Farm Girl Cereal, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, Instagram, and their respective employees and agents from any and all liability or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

16. GOVERNING LAW:

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
