Marshmallow Cinnamon Crisps Hearts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Farm Girl Cinnamon Crisps
  • 1 bag 0g sugar marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup zero sugar white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together (microwave or stovetop).
  2. Coat a silicone mold with a thick layer of the melted chocolate. Freeze for 10–15 minutes until set.
  3. Melt the butter and marshmallows together until smooth.
  4. Stir in the Cinnamon Crisps and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  5. Press the mixture into the chocolate-lined mold and freeze until firm.
