Matcha Date Granola Bark

Ingredients

  • 16 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup no-sugar white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Matcha powder (to desired colour/intensity)
  • 1 ½ cups Farm Girl Chocolate Granola
  • Pinch of flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper. Slice and pit the dates, then press them down into an even layer. Cover with parchment and use a rolling pin to create a thin even layer.
  2. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil until smooth. Stir in matcha powder.
  3. Spread a layer of peanut butter over the flattened dates.
  4. Sprinkle Farm Girl Chocolate Granola evenly on top.
  5. Pour the matcha white chocolate mixture over the surface and smooth out.
  6. Finish with a pinch of flaky salt.
  7. Freeze until set, then slice into pieces and enjoy.
