Ingredients
- 16 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup no-sugar white chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Matcha powder (to desired colour/intensity)
- 1 ½ cups Farm Girl Chocolate Granola
- Pinch of flaky salt
Instructions
- Line a tray with parchment paper. Slice and pit the dates, then press them down into an even layer. Cover with parchment and use a rolling pin to create a thin even layer.
- Melt white chocolate with coconut oil until smooth. Stir in matcha powder.
- Spread a layer of peanut butter over the flattened dates.
- Sprinkle Farm Girl Chocolate Granola evenly on top.
- Pour the matcha white chocolate mixture over the surface and smooth out.
- Finish with a pinch of flaky salt.
- Freeze until set, then slice into pieces and enjoy.
