Ingredients

Makes 12

  • 1 bag Farm Girl Granola (300 g), lightly blended into smaller pieces
  • ¼ cup nut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Yogurt
  • Fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Warm the nut butter, coconut oil, and honey or maple syrup until smooth. Stir into the granola until evenly coated.
  3. Divide the mixture between 12 muffin cups, pressing firmly to create a cup shape with the centre lower than the sides.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then allow the granola cups to cool completely.
  5. Fill each cup with yogurt and top with your favourite fresh fruit.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for an easy breakfast throughout the week.
