Exceeded my expectations! They are delicious, fluffy and the perfect pancake!

Love love love the mix as waffles. So yummy with almond or cashew butter too

I made pancakes using this mix and they were delicious! The flavour was fantastic with a lovely hint of vanilla, and they turned out perfectly fluffy. The batter was a bit thicker than most mixes, but I didn’t mind at all. What I really loved is that the mix is gluten-free and sugar-free, which works so well for the special diets in my household. It’s not easy to find a great-tasting, no-sugar option for diabetics, so this was a big win. I’ll definitely be buying this mix again!

I’ve used the mix to make pancakes, crepes and muffins. This Christmas I made a sheet pan breakfast dish and it was such a hit they asked for it for our Easter breakfast. No one had any idea that it wasn’t regular store bought pancake mix. I try to use as little syrup as possible so I usually add sweetener to the batter (especially if making muffins) and also add a pinch of salt as well.
Love the flavour.

I am obsessed! They are the perfect gluten free, high protein, high fibre, fluffy pancakes. I can’t get enough!
