These are a great snack with or without milk. Much healthier and tastier than cherrios

I bake this in muffin tins or a 9 inch pan for squares. I add lemon zest for a bit more lemon flavour. Everyone loves these

I grew up in a house hold that did not eat sugary cerial so fruit loops where quit3 a treat for me.
In adulthood I have tried to eat healthy so I couldn't indulge in my fantasy of sugary cereal, but fruit hoops gave me the opportunity to enjoy all the goodness of fruitloops with the benefits of high quality ingredients!!!!
