What you need
2 cups of Pastry Mix
1 large egg beaten
1/2 stick of Good butter melted
1 cup of milk or nut-based milk
Directions:
Turn on your waffle maker and wait for the ready light to go on or off.
Step 1: Mix the egg into the milk and to the pastry flour. Slowly add the butter to the mixture. Do not OVERMIX.
Step 2:
Spray your waffle maker with oil to prevent sticking. We prefer butter although coconut oil will work as well.
Step 3:
Place a small dollop of batter in the waffle maker. Cook until finished should be golden brown.
Note: The first one is always the worst its just the way it is!
